Ability to Add Additional Contacts Now Available
Are you having issues submitting a ticket?
Request Forms are now available on the home screen for use for Higher Reach upgrades and requesting review of your EX/J1 customs.
You now have the ability to include anyone or a distribution group from your institution to be notified that a case has been opened by typing their email in the Add another Contact field and clicking either space bar, enter, or tab. If there are multiple contacts you wish to include, type in the email address, and hit either space bar, enter or tab WITHOUT putting any spacers (ie, commas or semi-colons) after each email.
